César Herrera Díaz

Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, 16rd July 1967, Attorney member of the Dominican Bar Association since 1998, and Founder Partner of Law Firm Hernandez Contreras, Herrera & Associates, and currently Minister Counselor at the Dominican Republic Embassy in Berlin , Germany (since 2000); former Professor at Catholic University Santo Domingo Law School (1994-1999)
