Education: Master in International Affairs and Diplomatic and Consular Affairs Studies of the Diplomatic School  “Eduardo Latorre”  of Dominican Foreign Affairs Ministry (2006) and Bachelor’s degree in Law in Pontificia Universidad  Católica Madre y Maestra, PUCMM (2002).

Practice Areas: Criminal Law; Civil and Commercial Law ; Foreign Investment in the touristic  sector.
